Van Vleet Construction is a small local General Contractor located in the front range of Colorado, focusing on projects ranging from $10k to $3 Million. Our focus is on facilitating the enhancement of the teaching and learning environments. We specialize in smaller projects and interior renovations of varying sizes. We have an established network of trade vendors and partners along the northern front range area who share our core values. We are able support the coordination of design, budgeting and value engineering to assist in meeting your project budget and schedule. Rob and his team took on the challenge of rebuilding added lease space for one of our programs. The $1.5M buildout could not start till school was out and had to be completed before school started. Despite the Covid based supply chain issue and staffing challenges, they completed the project on time and turned over a beautiful building that has worked seemlessly. They specialize in the projects up to $3M that many other companies don’t want and I highly recommend them.
